According to his Media Aide, Mr. Ibe Paul, he said,
“Once the banks finished the documentation of those poorest and vulnerable Nigerians with a low income in their account, Atiku will signed and authorized the bank manager to pay 20,000 to Nigerians.”
Although, Paul said,
“Our target is 2 million Nigerians to received this conditional cash transfer from Atiku, as a soft palliative measure during this stay-at-home directive by Mr. President.”
“The easy way we can stop the spread of this deadly virus is to stay-at-home for self-Isolation, and to sure it didn’t spread beyond our control.”
