Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu has said that if need arise, he might extend the current fourteen days lockdown.
The Governor on Saturday said that the current situation of things would determine if the lockdown would be extended or not.
“Although the number of patients discharged in Lagos had risen to 24. He assured residents that palliatives would be provided during this lockdown period.
According to him: “If there is a need to extend the lockdown, I will. We got one discharged patient today. I am pleased to announce more good news about the recoveries we are seeing among Covid-19 patients in Lagos State.
“So far, 24 patients have been discharged from our hospital in Yaba, after the experts gave each of them a clean bill of health”.
“The most recent four were released yesterday. You may have seen videos and testimonials from some of them in the media. We are all just as delighted as they are.”
