The former governor of Abia state and the current senator representing Abia north, Orji Kalu has told IPOB leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu to stop the agitation of Biafra and support his presidential ambition.
Speaking to news men in Abuja, Orji wonders why Nnamdi Kanu is declaring sit at home after sit at home in a BIAFRA he knows that won’t be possible.
Orji also advised the leader of IPOB to gather all his members both home and abroad to get the PVC early ahead of the 2023 election.
In his words;.
“This is the seven years of Nnamdi kanu fighting for BIAFRA and if you recall in 2015, I told IPOB plainly that BIAFRA is not possible.
“We are one nation and we have gone far to divide now… Nigeria is our own and what igbos needs now is to queue in and compete with other region.
“If BIAFRA is achievable, I will be the first man to fight for it but because I’ve met many igbo leaders and elders including ojukwu of blessed memory who told me the impossibility of BIAFRA, I think Nnamdi kanu should end this agitation and support my presidential election.
“All this cries of marginalization is just because no igbo man has ruled this country…
“Nnamdi kanu should urge his members both home and abroad to get their pvc ahead of time so as to proof to other Nigerians that we have the population through our votes.
“If I become the president in 2023, then I will use my power to meet the world leaders who would look into the issue of BIAFRA properly”, He stated.
